Honestly? You don’t! That’s why you should check references, make sure the agent is experienced and has a proven track record, and list your home with someone confident enough in their abilities to guarantee them—like me!

How do I price my home to sell quickly, without undervaluing it?
First of all, work with an agent that knows your market area. I mean really knows it. And can prove it. After all, what good is a Comparable Market Analysis if the properties used aren’t, well….comparable? Often one of the most successful strategies is to price your very close to the anticipated sale price– thereby creating a demand for it—and watch people compete for it.
